Yes, we treat children aged 4 and above. We take extra time and care to ensure the experience is gentle, safe, and comfortable for younger patients.

We recommend using Earol Olive Oil Spray or other medical-grade olive oil drops for 3–5 days before your appointment — 2–3 drops in each ear before bedtime. This helps soften the wax for easier removal.
Avoid products like Otex Express or any drops containing hydrogen peroxide unless advised by a GP or pharmacist.

Yes. Microsuction is safe even with an outer ear infection. Removing pus, wax, and debris can relieve pain and improve hearing. If you need medication, we can help arrange a referral for appropriate treatment.
