To ensure a safe, effective, and comfortable ear wax removal procedure, all clients are required to use olive oil ear drops 2–3 times daily for a minimum of 5 consecutive days prior to their appointment.
This preparation softens earwax, significantly improving treatment outcomes and reducing discomfort. Failure to adequately prepare may limit the effectiveness of the procedure and, in some cases, may require the appointment to be postponed or rescheduled at our discretion.
Our services are provided strictly to individuals aged 16 years and above.
Clients below this age must not proceed with booking unless prior approval has been granted, and a responsible guardian is present during the appointment. We reserve the right to request valid identification where necessary.
We operate within Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes as part of our standard service area.
Requests outside these locations may be accommodated subject to availability and prior confirmation. Additional travel charges or adjusted appointment timings may apply depending on distance and logistics.
As this is a mobile service, clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and suitable environment for treatment.
This includes adequate lighting, stable seating, and sufficient space for equipment setup. If the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to decline or reschedule the appointment in the interest of safety.
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and will only proceed where it is safe and medically appropriate.
We may refuse or postpone treatment in cases including, but not limited to, infection, excessive pain, recent surgery, or other contraindications. All decisions are made in line with professional standards and prioritise client safety at all times.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Failure to provide adequate notice, or non-attendance at the scheduled appointment, may result in a cancellation fee being applied. This policy ensures fairness and availability for all clients.
Payment must be completed in full at or before the time of service.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the appointment and refusal of future bookings.
While every effort is made to ensure safe and effective treatment, results may vary depending on individual conditions and compliance with preparation guidelines.
We are not liable for reduced effectiveness due to inadequate preparation, undisclosed medical conditions, or failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice.
